Class Policies

I do my best to be flexible and understanding — life happens! That said, in order to respect everyone’s time, I ask that students please follow the policies below:

Booking & Payment

• Your time slot is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

• Bookings close 24 hours before the start of class.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available if your class was booked within the last 48 hours and the class is still more than 24 hours away.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

• With less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a 50% credit toward a future class.

Cancellations within 2 hours of class are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

• Exceptions may be made in emergencies, at my discretion.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• If you’re running late, please send a quick message.

• Arriving 15 minutes late without communication is considered a no-show and will not be rebooked.

• If you’ve communicated that you’ll be late, I’ll be ready when you arrive — just note that sessions still end at the originally scheduled time, and missed time will not be made up.

Ongoing Consideration

While I try to accommodate everyone, repeated lateness, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may result in reduced flexibility in the future.
