FAQ & Class Policies

Full refunds are available if a student cancels within 48 hours of booking, as long as the start of class is more than 48 hours away. To cancel and receive full credit for a future class, you must notify Emma Rubinson at least 24 hours before the class begins. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may receive 50% credit towards a future class. If you cancel within 2 hours or If you do not attend and fail to communicate your absence, your payment will be forfeited.
For all classes, there is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the class is considered a no-show and payment is forfeited.
15 minute consultations are limited to one per student. If you miss the first 5 minutes without prior communication, it is considered a no-show. No-shows must book a new session in order to reschedule. Thank you for respecting both of our time! -
To cancel and receive credit for a future class, you must inform us more than 2 hours before your class tiime. If you do not attend and fail to communicate your absence, your payment is forfeited.

Class time is your time - If you arrive late, you may join the class for the remaining time. Please note that missed time will not be compensated.

All payments are procedded through the Acuity Scheduling block on our website. If you require a payment plan, please contact us. Full payment must be received before the class date.

Waitlists will be available for multi-day intensives and workshops. If a class is full, please ask us to be put on the waitlist and we will notify you if a spot opens up!
For weekly classes, there will be no waitlists and students should book for the following week.

In the event the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a class, students will be notified via email as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
