RETURN POLICY
Art-To-Wear
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order at emma@emmarubinson.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels intact. If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the item back to you.
To initiate a return, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it arrived in. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return damaged or defective items. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If you would like a replacement, please re-purchase through our site as availability is limited.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or defective. All items are made to order and in an effort to reduce waste, we are purchasing the materials based on quantity of orders placed. Make sure to check the size charts and measurement guides before purchasing, and feel free to reach out to emma@emmarubinson.com with any questions about sizing.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. International shipments are final sale. Order cancellation is not accepted.
Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If your package is lost, please file a claim with UPS, USPS, or FedEx (based on your tracking info).

Kits, Products, and Accessories
To be eligible for a return, accessories, kits, and products must be unused and in their original condition, with all components intact. If an item shows signs of use or is missing any parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you.
To initiate a return, please send an email to emma@emmarubinson.com with the reason for your request for a return. We will send a prepaid shipping label to you and once the product is received and confirmed intact, we will process a refund to your payment method.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. International shipments are final sale. Cancellations are not accepted.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please file a claim with UPS, USPS, or FedEx using your tracking information.

Digital Downloads
Digital Download products are not returnable and non refundable. If you did not receive the product after purchase, please send an email to emma@emmarubinson.com with your order number and we will resend it to you.
